We understand that COVID-19 is having a significant impact on us all and that it is a difficult and unprecedented time. We wanted to assure you that health and safety are the top priorities for Bay Turf management and staff. There are certain measures that we have put in place to ensure that our customers and employees are safe. Here, at Bay Turf we are being attentive with our office and maintaining all surfaces are sterilised and cleaned regularly. At Bay Turf we are taking every precaution to make sure our workplaces remain a safe and healthy place for our team members and our customers.
Our harvesting and delivery methods already minimise human contact with turf through the entire harvesting and can now provide a paperless turf delivery process. This also applies to the production and delivery of all our lawn care products, which can be left with an authority to leave.
We would like to remind you that orders can be made online or over the phone and paid for via credit card, so no cash handling is needed. We can arrange delivery and the placement of your turf over the phone with our administration staff when you purchase. You do not need to be home when it is delivered and/ or have any direct contact with our delivery guys.
Or pick up direct from farm where you can pick up your turf with our no contact policy of paying over the phone and our staff can put it straight into your trailer or car without you even getting out.
